Lumber Drying Expertise

Our air-drying & kiln-drying process carefully reduces the moisture content of your lumber to optimal levels. By monitoring temperature, humidity, and time, we ensure each board is properly dried for long-term stability. This precision protects the integrity of every piece, giving you wood that is ready for milling or finishing with confidence.

Air Drying Before Kiln Drying

Properly stacked and air-dried lumber is key to great kiln dried products. We meticulously stack the lumber on sticks, to ensure flatness while it naturally air-dries. Once air-dried to the appropriate moisture content, the stickered lumber is loaded into the kiln.

Kiln Drying

We use an iDry Plus Air Heated Vacuum kiln. Once in the kiln, the lumber is carefully monitored to ensure uniform drying and consistent results. Through our kiln drying process lumber is also sterilized.
